Refugees continue to arrive in Germany every day. At an early stage, the town council brought the political parties, churches and other initiatives together to one table to work out how to deal with this challenge. The result was the formation of the “Helferkreis Asyl,” a helpers’ circle that coordinates support for refugees and creates essential structures for them in the area.
